Meat Box Masterchef: Autumn Winner
We love seeing all the exciting different ways our meatbox customers use their deliveries, and with so many of you getting creative in the kitchen we thought we’d feature some of them on the blog.Diana Oakes recently shared her fantastic meatball recipe that she prepared using the remainder of her Swillington beef and pork mince.Made using her chef Granddad’s recipe from 1950’s Romania, Diana’s dish is a perfect example of how you can do justice to those treasured family favourites by choosing beautiful, organic ingredients.
