Sear and slow cook in one piece, or grill up individual portions to order – we’ll butcher your meat to your specific preference.Customers are continually impressed with the quality of flavour packed into our organic beef. Neil is one of our regular meatbox subscribers who ordered a 400g piece of fillet steak for a special occasion.Neil said “I cooked it on a gas BBQ, 3 or 4 mins each side on a high heat, and then for 15 mins on a low heat. I just coated it in olive oil, salt and lots of black pepper before putting on the BBQ and left it to rest slightly before carving... He is the Hereford Bull who currently has his work cut out generating all the future organic grass fed beef that we’ll be sell in 2019.He is a gentle soul who will be with us for 3 months.
