Diana Oakes recently shared her fantastic meatball recipe that she prepared using the remainder of her Swillington beef and pork mince.
Made using her chef Granddad’s recipe from 1950’s Romania, Diana’s dish is a perfect example of how you can do justice to those treasured family favourites by choosing beautiful, organic ingredients.
