Rare Breed Saddleback Pigs: Our rare breed saddleback pigs are kept outdoor on grassland. The piglets are born and spend their entire lives outside in small family groups, all our stock is fed an additive and GM free natural diet.
	Organic Lambs: Our lambs are born in late spring and are reared on their mother’s milk and organic grass or silage. Wherever possible ailments are treated with homeopathic remedies.
	Organic Cows: Our Aberdeen Angus cattle are bred and raised outside on the farm. They are fed on their mothers’ milk, organic grass and silage and no routine medication is used. This produces our high quality organic beef.
	Organic Chickens: Day old chicks are reared indoors for about 3 weeks, after this they are introduced gradually to outdoor life and spend the next 2 months free range on organic pasture. They are housed at night  in small groups of less than 200 birds. They are aged at least 3 months old before they reach your plate, this produces larger, better tasting chickens than the average supermarket birds.
